Crusty packaging

I bought from this company before and had showcased lenses to subscribers of my content, and don’t recall ever being sent lens cases that weren’t in sterile packaging or lens containers in a dirty, crusty container taped together.
The packaging is amateur at best compared to their competitors. The free lashes they gifted me were almost ruined and smashed due to there being no box that the lens came in, just bubble wrapped, hoping for the best.
Website is easy to use, but the unboxing was so unprofessional that it ruined the customer experience.
