Refund & Return
We have 14 days return & exchange policy. If you wish to return your items within 14 days, please send back the item to our provided address upon agreement and we will process money refund to you upon receiving the item. When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described or is of low quality, you can contact us to resolve these problems.You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund with us.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
